Read Isaiah 5:1-4 and Matthew 21:33-40 and note the differences, as well as the similarities. Who are the parables directed towards in each case? (hint: see Isaiah 5:3 and Matt. 21:45)


What is the goal, or desired end result, of each parable? In other words, what is the parables’ function?

-          The Reformation 500 worship service will be Sunday, October 15th at 5pm at the Breslin Center in East Lansing.


-          We will be observing Reformation Sunday on October 29th.
